UHF ISO 18000-6C Alien H3 RFID electronic patch label for tire
The new patch label electronic tire RFID tag, ZDCARD9525, is manufactured from a special RFID tag under the process of stitching and vulcanized in a common temperature environment and then is encapsulated in vulcanized film. A gray film is pasted at one side of vulcanized film, and connects to the body tire through the cold vulcanized glue. That is, RFID tire electronic label is directly pasted on the sidewall or outer wall under common room temperature. With the characteristics of UHF RFID tag, the problem of current tire identification, traceability and others problems encountered can be solved. Meanwhile the tire RFID tags can be put inside the tire, then the production data, sales data, the usage of data, renovation data of tire can be written inside. The recording and tracking of all life span data of tire can be achieved via terminal machine to read the corresponding data and management software to management.
